Reconnu pour ses talents de saxophoniste et compositeur, Shauli Einav est un musicien remarquablement accompli, un soliste virtuose qui distille un son d'une grande richesse musicale que ce soit au soprano ou au tenor.
Einav a joué avec certaines des plus grandes figures du jazz telles que Aaron Goldberg, Avishai Cohen, Don Friedman, Eliot Zigmund, Omer Avital, Johnathan Blake ou encore Shai Maestro et écume depuis plusieurs années les grandes scènes de jazz (Duc des Lombards, Sudtirol Jazzfest, Rochester Jazz Festival, Swing Hall Tokyo, Bohemia Jazz Festival, Venice Jazz Festival, Red Sea Jazz Festival, Enjoy Jazz Festival, Smalls, Kitano, The Knitting Factory, Unterfahrt et beaucoup d'autres).
Il se produira en quartet et rendra hommage à Lucky Thompson, grand saxophoniste ayant vécu à Paris à la fin des années 50 et qui a beaucoup influencé sa musique.

Saxophonist & Composer Shauli Einav has been described as a "remarkably complete musician, a virtuosic soloist with a lush sound on both soprano and tenor whose compositions are daring and deep" (All About Jazz). His album “Opus One” (Plus Loin Music) was reviewed as a "Smartly played, swinging and evocative jazz album” (DownBeat Magazine).
Einav played with some of the leading jazz figures as Aaron Goldberg, Avishai Cohen, Don Friedman, Eliot Zigmund, Omer Avital, Johnathan Blake, Shai Maestro. He has performed with his ensembles on the main stages such as Duc des Lombards, Sudtirol Jazzfest, Rochester Jazz Festival, Swing Hall Tokyo, Bohemia Jazz Festival, Venice Jazz Festival, Red Sea Jazz Festival, Enjoy Jazz Festival, Smalls, Kitano, The Knitting Factory, Unterfahrt among many others.
In this quartet setting, Einav will pay tribute to the great saxophonist Lucky Thompson, who lived in Paris in the late 50's and influenced Einav greatly both on the tenor and on the soprano saxophone.
