Project description

Ethias is launching Flora Insurance, a start-up offering a 100% digital insurance, from subscription to claim management. The first available product via Flora is tenant insurance by monthly subscription. Thanks to an app downloaded on their phones, users can manage their contract, ask questions, report a claim, or follow the progress of a claim. New features will be added in the coming months and Flora hopes to offer three new insurance policies by 2027. With Flora, Ethias takes its first steps in the InsurTech world, with the goal to conquer a significant market share and reach 50,000 signed contracts by 2027.
