The next Euresa seminar will focus on the “Innovation Processes & Organisation methods” within the member companies. More specifically, the seminar will discuss what choices have been made, the working hypotheses and ongoing projects aimed at creating and running a cross-departmental innovation network internally, and will provide an opportunity to share feedback, first results and initial lessons learned so far.
The program is structured around three issues:
- The innovation value chain: how are organised, in concrete terms, the different stages of the value chain (practical organisation; distribution of roles; handover from innovation structure to business teams).
- Exploration vs Exploitation: switching from the research and exploration phase to large-scale production and industrialisation (decision-making; 1st results & lessons learnt; allocation of resources to the business teams).
- Running & coordinating a cross-departmental innovation network: which processes and tools to successfully on-board the business teams throughout the innovation value chain (governance; dedicated platforms and tools).
Conduct of the seminar - - From 8:45 am to 13:00 pm: Streaming of the various presentations on the programme (videos in English; also available in French*) interspersed with sessions live (round table discussion with the members of the panel).
- - From 14:00 pm to 17:30 pm: Organisation of bilateral meetings between participants; an opportunity to continue discussing and sharing respective interests and roadmaps.
- * Links to the videos in French will be available via the seminar chat.
