The next Euresa seminar will focus on the “Innovation Processes & Organisation methods” within the member companies. More specifically, the seminar will discuss what choices have been made, the working hypotheses and ongoing projects aimed at creating and running a cross-departmental innovation network internally, and will provide an opportunity to share feedback, first results and initial lessons learned so far.

The program is structured around three issues:

  1. The innovation value chain: how are organised, in concrete terms, the different stages of the value chain (practical organisation; distribution of roles; handover from innovation structure to business teams).
  2. Exploration vs Exploitation: switching from the research and exploration phase to large-scale production and industrialisation (decision-making; 1st results & lessons learnt; allocation of resources to the business teams).
  3. Running & coordinating a cross-departmental innovation network: which processes and tools to successfully on-board the business teams throughout the innovation value chain (governance; dedicated platforms and tools).
