The Cups is a very ambitious project aiming to develop a panel of healthy competitions in various themes for students from all countries to overcome the lack of practice in academic teaching. The Cups are divided into the areas of administration, arts & culture, health, technology, safety and emergencies. Often, the studies that students undergo do not fully train them for their future profession and they have to learn on the job, which can lead to stress and potentially serious mistakes. This lack of practical experience needs to be addressed to avoid disastrous consequences. We therefore propose to participate in a friendly and challenging competition in the students' field of study and to allow them to push their limits by putting their theoretical knowledge into practice during practical challenges. The interest is to put them in field conditions but in a secure framework where failure is allowed and remains without consequences since the event is above all meant to be fun and playful. To continue the training of the students outside the practical challenges, we want to set up innovative and original conferences on particular and advanced subjects. These lectures will be given by big names in the proposed discipline. Students will also have the opportunity to discuss with these luminaries but also with exhibitors, sponsors, professionals of the represented discipline and other students to create their own international network. Students will also be able to discover innovative career opportunities that they might not have thought of at first. There will be one winning team per challenge and one winning team for the tournament, resulting in multiple exciting rewards for the students. Other cups are also open to non-students, such as the EsportCup, which is open to anyone who wants to break into the world of esports, learn more about it, etc.
